| Postal rates are: for £1.00 per order plus £0.50 per item for Britain. £1 per order plus £1 per item, for Continental Europe, and for further afield £2.00 per order plus £1.00 per item.
We use the Royal Mail delivery service. We put your order in the post as soon as we can, normally within 7 days of receiving your order.
If Kay is going to be away and orders are going to be delayed longer than this there will be a note on the home page of the website to let you know. If there is going to be a delay because an item which you ordered is out of stock, Kay will let you know. Normally it all runs smoothly!
